REFLECTION FOR END OF YEARS

For my marks I have got:
Criteria A: 5
Criteria B: 5
Criteria C: 5
Criteria D: 5
Criteria E: 5
Criteria F: 6

For my overall score, I have got a 6 out of 7 for my end of year mark.
To say my comment, I think I did well this year but however I could have improved my scores by using my times in class more wisely and critically to finish off my works in class.

To improve my criteria A which is Investigation. I have done my investigations and tests but however as I said I did not use my time wisely in the class which made me not finish my works at the right time. I should have done my work in time. This criteria was in every term. For example for the first term we had GMF (Genectically Modified Food) we had made process on making reports of them.

In criteria B, D and C, I have to improve on designing and planning. I should have planned my websites more accurate ways. What I mean by "Accurate" is to plan more realistically, because when I plan the way of making my website, I wasn't able to make the same way as the plan because I didn't know the full features of dream weaver which is why I couldn't finish my website as the same as my planing. However, I was able to make it similar to my plan.

Criteria E which is evaluate. I could have wrote my reflections in time. For this what I am doing now is evaluating and reflecting on my work. However i think it would be better if someone had checked on my website to critsize and make things to improve.\

For Criteria F the attitude is that I can improve just by listening and not talking so i am planing to not talk from now on.

in conclusion, I am still happy with my works.

REflection #1

So far  I have answered 5 question that the teacher gave us which was about communication and internet. Also which about how internet is useful for communication and I have answered them in very detailed answers. It was kind of easy to answer the questions because all you had to do was to research about internet and communication, however, there was some hard part. Especially the ones that asked for my thaught and my opinion. That was the part I thought it was hard. Lastly, it was a good time spending my times reminding myself of the usefulness of internet which I forgot until now. It was really simple thing to do but I think it was worth spending an hour writing the post and this reflection on the questions.

Answering the questions

1. What is communication?
I think communication is really important thing for our life which we really need to know what is going around in the world or any new fashion designs or new brands that are popular to talk with friends.

2. Why is communication important during natural disaster?
Communication is important during a natural disaster because if a natural disaster such as earthquake or tsunami happens in a country which doesn't have lot of money, they won't be able to recover. What I mean by 'they won't be able to recover' is that they won't be able to build the buildings and farms again to return to a normal life which was before the disaster. If the world knows that there are a disaster, people around the
world will donate some money or clothes to help the people in the country.

3. What are the various methods of communication?
There are news such as CNN, BBC as you know there are a lot more news companies and internet websites such as youtube, google, bing everywhere you can know what's going on around the world.

4.How has the internet proved useful?
It has proved that internet is useful because everyone can use internet. I mean like no one doesn't have computer or internet or even a phone you can connect to the internet. Also it is the fastest way to let the world know that something has happened.

5.Are there any other medium of communication that you have researched?
I have researched that there are more medium of communication such as writing letters or facebook or skype   which allows you look at the person that you are trying to talk to with a picture that the person that uploaded.

Reflection:
Interaction of Environment and Natural disasters.
I think the interaction of the our topic "Natural disasters" fits best in Environment because we use lots of communication and obviously, lot of communication for the society to let the world know that the place that got the natural disaster and because our topic is about how communication helps the awareness and which country is having a hard time and to tell other people to help them. Communication also tells people of their responsibility of caring the environment telling people how they can do to save people showing people what action does the people doing to help people.
